It's sad to see that now you are recovered and back on tour that those of us on the West Coast got no option to see you perform. My husband is a big fan and in these hard economic times I bought him a birthday gift to see Sugarland perform, what a disappointment to have his birthday ruined. He is not Keith Urban fan and was going to see only Sugarland. Needless to say he didn't want to attend and I took my sister instead. The concert was ok but again, we are not Keith Urban fans we are Sugarland funs, shame on you for not coming back to the venues you cancelled and offering tickets to those of us who lost out on your concert for a DECENT price, not asking for you to give away anything, just make it affordable and show you really are sorry for not being able to attend a concert that people paid a lot of money to see you at. Lady A was ok but they were no Sugarland. DO THE RIGHT THING

Get better!
Jennifer, good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery with your voice. I will apologize to you for people like Darrell (wanting a refund...). You are an amazing performer and I know you and Kristian give the audience your all whenever you perform. I hope your voice is better before the TV Special, but if not, cancelling is better than hurting your voice. I sincerely hope to see you out and singing in the near future. I look forward to seeing you again. I do LOVE your voice!!!! Sugarland is THE BEST!

Edgefield performance
You should have canceld your show at Edgefield. We were very disappointed by your perfomance and your songs. I wish we could have had a refund instead. Take time off and heal and don't keep disappointing your fans like this.

tour dates
I love you guys soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much .....ehen, when, when our you going to be in the New York/New Jersey area. I want to be the first to buy a ticket....absolutely love everything about you.
Your biggest east coast fan,
Christine
Our family was definitely dissapointed about the cancellation but totally understand and hope you get better. Our 8 year old daughter is dying to see you so make sure you come back strong :). One reccomendation though, DO NOT PLAY PRIMM NEVADA!!! That was where we were supposed to see you and it is a terrible venue. They refused to inform us of the cancellation until the day of so we could not cancel our hotel stay despite the fact we were only staying there with our daughter in order to see you play close to our home. We will gladly see you in L.A. or even vegas itself. But for the sake of your fans don't make them go to Primm in order to see you the place is a toilet and the service is horrible. We were treated so rudely even after dealing with the dissapointment of the cancellation. We were not the only ones who felt this way others we met over the weekend agreed. So when your better and back a word to the wise avoid Primm Nevada and just head on to vegas. We will even be willing to pay more for tickets to see you than go there again!!!!!
GET WELL SOON

Get well soon please!
This is my first time posting anything to any forum. I cannot believe some of the things that are being said here. We’re talking about the health of a beautiful young vibrant woman. Forget about the fact that she is very talented, beautiful and giving. This is a woman who, if she does not do what she is medically told to do, could permanently damaged herself! You’re going to tell me that a few measly dollars ( yes I understand money is hard to come by, and yes I understand what it feels like to be disappointed because I had tickets for the Phoenix show) is worth damaging someone permanently? Look, Jennifer and Kristian both give so much back, even if this wasn’t because of her voice, let’s just say they were both just tired and wanted to spend time with their families , that should be OK! They give and give and give of their talent and there time. If I am lucky enough to go to heaven when my time is up, I am sure that the angels chorus will have, the voice of Jennifer Nettles! And I absolutely hope they come back to Phoenix. With my physical disability, traveling is very difficult. But if they don’t, I will still be a fan! I will listen to their music, and be mesmerized by the voices! I will enjoy their words, they’re emotions and their music speaking to me. Let’s just pray and wish Jennifer well. And wish Kristian and his family will also! Now allow Jennifer to take as much time as the doctors and she needs to be completely healed! Because I hope to enjoy their music for years to come!

Wasn't going to comment again, but...
When I saw the post from "Unselfish", I couldn't help myself. I know that I cannot talk because I haven't been in this position before of having shows cancelled on me. BUT I have to say that I AGREE 100% with Unselfish in saying that it is really sad to see some of you abandoning Jennifer (and Kristian) in a time where they need us the most. That video broke my heart and the CMT Insider snippet, I couldn't hardly watch. Jen and Kris mean the absolute world to me and it both infuriates and saddens me to see that the fasn would turn their backs when they need us for support. That's all I'm going to say, I give up.
WOW. really? im usually not one to start commenting on these pages, but after reading some of the responses left by these "fans," i couldnt just sit back here without saying something. to the 'complainers': you don't need to tell us about how hard it is to dish out $ in this world today, trust me, everyone knows, including Jennifer & Kristian, who obviously have taken this into consideration and for this reason feel even worse about having to cancel shows. What do you want the woman to do?!? Strain herself and eventually face permanent damage?! And yes, i know, "its happened before.." blah blah..well, the reason this has happened before is because she kept pushing herself so she wouldnt have to cancel any shows; and she pushed & pushed, for you, the fans, which is now why she's out for a week. If she cancelled the second she became the slightest bit sick back last year you all would have been pissed too, which puts her in a lose lose situation, think about it! And if you really are 'fans,' you'd know that Sugarland is hands down one of the least-selfish, giving names in entertainment today, and that they care more than anything about making people happy through their music. That being said, imagine how upset and angry Jennifer probably is after having to make these cancellations. i's sure it's the last thing she wanted to do, but she had no choice. And as for all of you who are going on and on about how your children cried or you drove 10 hours or you paid 500$ to see them and were heartbroken when they didn't show up; if yout feel that way, fine, but don't come online and write your whole disappoinment story on here for Jennifer & Kristain to see. Because you know what?! that probably hurts them like hell; because im sure they know how this has affected people, and for you to display your hurt or innconvienience to them is very selfish. Loyal fans truly know how badly Jennifer feels, and therefor we truly know how your stories have probably made her & Kristain feel even worse. Back in Sept. of last year i went to see them for the first time and the show was cancelled. Was I happy? of course not, but was i angry with them? absolutely not. & i definetely didn't sign on here to write about what a 'disappoinment it was.' I watched the CMT insider today and saw how all of these negative comments were noted and made apparant, and so obviously Jennifer & Kristian are aware of them, well, heres what i have to say. JENNIFER & KRISTIAN- i know how this truly hurts you, but i really hope you know that there are loyal fans out there who back you over 100%. My life has been changed by your music and Jennifer, you have become an absolute icon simply because of the beautiful person you are. The fact that you care enough to inform your fans and come out with this video alone shows how deeply this has affected you, & im sorry that not everyone is able to see that. The last thing we want happening is for you to seriously hurt yourself, so please do whatever it takes to keep that from happening. I don't care if you have to cancel the next 30 shows, (of which i will be attending =D ) I will always & forever be a supporter of you guys, & you could never disappoint me, even if you tried :) please rest and feel better, & please try not to worry about the feelings of animosity being made, know that there are always fans out there who will always be there. you guys have know idea what a huge part of my life Sugarland has become.
love, regina
They're UNSELFISH, supporting charities, sweating their tales off at festivals, giving interviews, recording antics to the web and holding fan M&Gs! They LOVE their fans.
Sugarland isn't only great music, they're 7 people with feelings. To see anger and abandonment directed to Jennifer right now - Wow! It SUCKS!

Get Well
I just re-read my last post...came off much harsher than I meant. I'm sorry for the ugly tone of it. Jennifer - get well. Be healed. :) Got tix to the movie of your live show in august. It will be a poor substitute for seeing you in person but I am happy to have it as an option. This is from a formerly frustrated fan (NOT a former fan...a formerly frustrated fan, big difference!) moving on and letting go! I was speculating a lot before. I'm sure you never expected this firestorm and I'm sure it doesn't help. So....be well and be healed! Eagerly awaiting your return!

To all the "real" fans...take it easy!
No one blames her for getting sick. We get it - everyone gets sick. If you can't sing, you can't sing.
It's just that this isn't the first time. I expect my son to know that soda gives him a stomachache - it's happened too many times. If he drinks it now, it's hard to feel sorry. He's only 10. I expect him to know his body and his limitations. See my point? Just don't schedule so many shows. Schedule the rest time needed to recover between shows. That's it! This is sort of becoming habitual. If the record co. or their management is pushing them...then push the hell back. The PR of all this is terrible for them. In LA - no one said anything at all. If you missed the teeny tiny sign at the door, you were lost. Their PR people LET THEM DOWN! So, that didn't help with the bad taste in everyone's mouth either.
So, all you "real" fans out there who feel sorry for them and think the rest of us are hating on Sugarland - just chill out. I still love them, just want Jen to live within her limitations and to fire her PR people!

Sorry - 3 Strikes
I'm sorry that you're having vocal issues. Really I am. But it is unexcusable that this is the 3rd time you have cancelled on Northern California! Marysville once and now San Francisco twice. I was really looking forward to seeing you each and every time. I really was. But sorry, 3 strikes and you're out. If you don't care enough to perform in Northern California, then I don't care enough to buy or listen to your music anymore. You cannot cancel on an area 3 times and really expect to have everyone remain a fan. In the future, don't even bother putting Nor Cal on the schedule. You'll just disappoint people when you cancel again.

Sugarland Cancelling Jobing.com Arena Arizon
I think this totally stinks that you've cancelled the show in Phoenix on July 25. I just had a baby and was looking forward to my first time "away" from her to see your show. I have never seen you in concert and I heard it was amazing. I can't even explain how disappointed I am that you're not going to be performing. You are the only reason I chose to purchase tickets to this concert. Keith Urban is great, but you are my favorite country band. I will not be buying tickets to another event with Sugarland performing, for fear of wasting my money again if you were to cancel.

Sugarland cancelling in Glendale Arizona
First off, Jennifer please get better soon. Yes I was looking forward to seeing you with Keith Urban on July 25th at Jobing.com arena in Glendale Arizona.I will always be a fan of Sugarland. To those of you that are mad that they had to cancel, I understand you may have spent a lot of money for concert tickets but you should understand what its like to be in Jennifer's place. She doesn't want to cancel the shows but her doctor told her to rest her voice. True Sugarland fans would be on her side and keep her in their prayers at night. The sooner her voice gets better the sooner she will be back singing those great Sugarland songs. I still plan on going to the concert on the 25th.
GET WELL SOON JENNIFER !!!!!!!!
I LOVE SUGARLAND FOREVER !!!!
Of all of you who claim to have been out money and time because of the cancelations--hello!!! people get sick. Have you ever gone to a pro game and the star had the night off? Yep been there done that! And btw how many of you have called in sick and faked it so as they say in the son "it happens". Maybe ya all need to plan better as I live in a state where guess what, we got a blizzard before a concert numerous years ago and could not get out of our town to get to it. Acts of nature and that includes illness do happen.
Get better Jennifer so you can do what you can in the future to silence the naysayers!!!

True Fan
First of all, Thank God for SUGARLAND. Two people my daughter can look up to after the loss of her mother (my adoring wife). Second, Jennifer GET WELL SOON, we will miss you in Phoenix, but my daughter completely understands after dealing with her mothers illness. She is right back to listening to you everyday on her Ipod. Last but not least, to all the people with negative comments, there is a thin line between disappointment and stupidity and you seem to cross it without any problem.
I think it may be best said as "It happens"
Get well soon, so we can enjoy even more SUGARLAND.

Jennifer and Kristian
First of all, Jennifer, I truly hope that you do get back on the road soon. All of your loyal fans understand. I cannot believe hhe comments that some of you all are making. If you were sick would you stay home or keep on going to work. For example, if one of you had a disc coming out of your spine. Your doctor said that you should rest or, it could get worse, and you would have to have back surgery. What would you do? Would you keep working? Would stay home and rest, as the doctor told you to do? Do you want to take the chance that the disc could come out further and you would be in so much pain that you had to have surgery?
So, look at Jennifer's situation. Should she listen to her doctor and rest her voice?
Should she keep going out and singing night after night, knowing that her voice is getting worse? Even though Jennifer knows that some of her "so called" fans would act like children. After all, as children they were promised a lollipop. Oh no, they got to the store and there were no lollipops. Many children would cry or stomp on the floor and have a fit. This is what those of you are doing when you write the things that you are writing. If this happened to me would I be disappointed? Yes.
However, finding out that Jennifer Nettles from Sugerland was having health issues, I would be thinking of her rather than myself. Before you have a herny, find out, if you can get your money back. I am sure you will be able to. The venues would not be able to keep money for a cancelled concert. Many of you might remember when Patty Lovelace had a problem with her voice. Julie Andrews had health issues with her voice, and now she cannot sing at all. Don't think that you are the only ones who have ever had a concert cancelled. Many concerts have been cancelled, and not for health reasons. I know myself. Kristian, as well, feels sad that he cannot be performing for his fans also. I am sure he is not yelling and crying, as some of you are, that he can't go to his scheduled concerts.
If you don't have your health, you don't anything. Some of you complained that Sugerland had a lot of money, so it didn't bother them. They wrote that they had spent from $200 - $500 dollars, and blamed Sugarland. Some spent their vacation money. Why? You chose to see Sugarland instead of a vacation. That was your choice. There have been times when people had reservations at a luxury hotel, and when they got there (a little late), there were no more rooms. People, just think about all of the disappointments there are. You will have more in your lifetime. This is just a very small issue in the scheme of life. You need to have empathy for people.
Jennifer, you have a wonderful, beautiful, voice. I know that you must listen to what your doctor tells you. My example of the disc story happened to me. So, I know. What a shame it would be for you to keep on giving your best every night, and then all of a sudden you had no singing voice at all. Please, take care of yourself. I feel for the fans who do not have the pleasure of seeing you and Kristian in concert. They are missing the best concert I have ever been to.
Yes, I saw Sugerland!! On July 8, 2009, in Green Bay, WI, we all stood up throughout the entire concert, we sang and danced, and had an wonderful time!!!!
I bought one of your T-shirts after the show. I hope that night you were not straining your voice. Jennifer, you were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you were, we did not notice. It must be sweet to hear your songs being sung back to you by thousands and thousands of people.
JENNIFER, I FEEL VERY BADLY FOR YOU. I COULD HEAR THE STRAIN IN YOUR VOICE IN THE VIDEO. How many acts would take the time to do this. They would have "there people" read a statement. NOT YOU AND KRISTIAN. YOU ARETRU PROFESSIONALS. WE LOVE YOU HERE IN WISCONSIN. I TRAVELLED FROM MANITOWOC TO SEE YOU. ALL OF MY BEST, JENNIFER, FOR A GOOD RECOVERY. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
To all of you out there that are acting like children, when someone is ill,
SH - IT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Concert Cancelled? Again??
1,2, 3 strikes your out and so am I, of about $300! Can't cancel hotel, vacation days or anything. I understand you need to save the voice, but have you ever heard of lip sync? Obviously your overbooked. I would fire promotors before they destroy your career. As for me I'll stick with the real country singers who never cancel a concert.........Ciao!

My Fiance and I were one of the lucky ones to get to see you in Fresno. We thought your set was shorter than normal, but your voice sounded great! We loved the show! I am sooooo sorry you have to take time away, I can imagine that must be hard. Hope you have a speedy recovery! We will be praying for you!
Take as long as you need, your true fans will still be here. Besides I need to save up for better seats! Also, glad to see you didn't just show up and lip sync as you could have tried.

Out Vacation, Hotel, Travel and $500 in tickets
I know "ya'll"reap the rewards of huge royalty deals and concert revenues so its hard for you to understand what average people have to go through to see one of your shows. However, for those of us who based our summer vacation around your concernt you could at least show up and humor us with a lip sync.
So we're supposed to drive 500 miles tomorrow for your show, cant return our vacation requests, cant refund our tickets or hotel reservations, and we're supposed to hang in there and see ya next time. Yipee! Your hokey YouTube jokes and fabricated crocodile tears hardley make me feel sorry for you.

Sugarland cancels again
You had to cancel two shows in PA in the past year. Now Bloomsburg is coming up again Oct. 1. I'd hate to lay odds... These other shows that you had to cancel you can get your money back but of course not the ridiculous fees that you have to pay to order tickets which can be up to 20% of the ticket price let alone the expense of finding out after getting to the show and not going in. There doesn't seem to be a lack of money in promoting the show in advance but next to nothing is spent to let the public know if you cancel. Frustrating.

Disappointed Fan
Like many of your other California fans, we have been disappointed by you twice in a row. While we thoroughly enjoy Kenny Chesney, we have seen him in the past because he actually honors his concert commitments. My family decided that we can only afford one concert this summer due to this rough economy, and we chose this one because we missed out on seeing you at Shoreline two years ago.
Kenny should chose the bands he tours with more carefully.
Perhaps you should not book so many dates if you do not have the fortitude to honor all of your commitments. It is not a good feeling to pay for something you don't recieve...twice.

Complaining is like a one legged man in an a$$ kicking contest...
Thank you Kristian and Jennifer for your honesty. Jennifer, I truely hope you get the rest you need and rejoin all your fans soon. We already miss you both.
For everyone who is upset, I understand where you're coming from, who doesn't. Yeah, it does suck that you don't get to go to the show, plus whatever else monetarily you may be out. But a strained voice DOES really require rest. And speaking as a singer, vocal rest really is not all it's cracked up to be. For me when I couldn't sing, it was like someone drained the one true joy and the important thing out of my life. You have to equate it to...say Michaelangelo breaking both his arms. Yeah, you could keep going (I'm sure he could've painted the Sistine Chapel with his feet if he wanted to) and try again, but the final result wouldn't be the same. So if you don't rest, you can really really damage your voice to the point where you can't heal properly and bounce back. Then you may never be able to sing again. Your voice is a muscle and it does need to heal, there's even a slow rehab process to go through (similar to physical therapy).
Give it some time and stick around. We sholuld all support our favorite band as much as we can. They need all your well wishes and prayers right now for a speedy and healthy recovery.
So, everyone just remember that Kristian and Jennifer love ALL their fans

No refund!!! Flaking on the Bay Area again...
Hi Sugarland. I have been a country music lover for some time now and have been a Sugarland fan since your first album. I had ALMOST forgotten that you had cancelled at the show I went to at Shoreline two years ago when I bought the majorly expensive ticket to AT&T Park. I really thought someone was pulling a prank on me when they said you weren't coming. Unfortunately this was not true. I could almost forgive the Shoreline incident as tickets ranged from 40 and up. But the tickets in SF were 125 at the cheapest! When all was said and done with parking, food, beverage, transportation, etc., the average person probably spent 200 or more to see you play. I didn't see this but someone said tickets could be refunded, if you didn't enter the venue. Couldn't there at least be a partial refund?
That said, stop booking so many shows if you're going to flake on so many of them!!! This is just getting ridiculous!!! Your fans feel cheated...

I LOVE you Jennifer! Sad back in Atl
I was so sad when I went to buy a surgarland T-shirt and the LA concert and saw they were all Keith Urban and two Lady Antebelum choices...I guess I didn't get the memo. I flew in from Atlanta just to see you guys. I absoluetly LOVE your music and sense of humor. I was bragging to all my friends that I actually spent a lot of money ( I am a LOW income teacher in Atlanta) to get row 7 floor seats. I paid $518 for airfare but it was all going to be worth it to be that close to Jennifer. I hope you feel better...I know you will be out this way in September but I don't have tickets :( Rest up and hopefully you will be out changing lives again soon. You music is amazing. My favorite song right now is "What I'd give"

Missing you in LA!!
I too bought my tickets just to see you in LA!!! I was so sorry to hear of your health issues, and happy that you are working to make yourself better. Health is most important, and I had to make that same decision earlier this year between work and health so I know! take care of yourself, but PLEASE! come back to see us in LA (or even better OC;)) because while Keith and Lady Antebellum were amazing, seeing you is what I most wanted!!! those with tickets to that concert should get first chance to buy for when you come back to see us soon too! take care of yourself and look forward to seeing you soon in LA/OC! :)

Public Relations People, Give us our Money Back!
I do not blame Sugarland what so ever for cancelling their shows!
But I know for a fact, based upon my own and all the other accounts posted here,
that a minimum, each person spent at least $300.00 ( ticket price, travel arrangements, babysitters etc.etc.etc.) per person.
And mean while, back at the ranch, the PR people are counting their new found
money, for which they did a crappy job!!!
Fire the PR people, pass it on!

Worried
Sorry to hear of your strain. I have four tickets to your Bend Oregon show July 30 that I got over a month ago. Is there any way you can predict what venues you might be missing.
Thank You in advance;

Fire your PR Director
Sugarland is a huge Country Music Artist(s) with a huge following across the
United States and the World for that matter. So how is it, that with all the money
that Kristian and Jennifer have to pay for their public relations people, that the
best the PR people can do is a piece of paper on the fence???
My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary by going to see
Sugarland @ AT&T park in San Francisco. We did not see the paper on the fence,
and had to read about the cancellation the next day.
We're totally understanding as to Jennifer's condition. We wouldn't want her to do
anything to jeopardize her voice.
But come on PR people, take some pride in your job, Sugarland is a Country
MEGA Super Star Band. Let the people who put them there, know what's going
on when they arrive to a LIVE show, and no mention as to where or what has
happened to them. Maybe an announcement or something is in order YA Think?

RE: Troglodytes
thank you for that post! you hit the nail on the head! i'm hoping that jenn does take the time for herself and to heal properly. life would suck something fierce if there was no more sugarland...i'd rather have them out the rest of the year so jenn can get 1000% better than her to play just one more concerts for the Troglodytes. and also, you made me laugh with this word and i won't lie and say i knew what it meant when i first read it! lol thankfully we have google!
again, jenn..please take all the time in the world to get better...we will be here ready and waiting when it is time for you to come back! we aren't going anywhere...

Video message
Hey guys,
Uhmm, I keep hearing about this "message" from you guys, but the only computer access I have is at work and it is blocking your video message. So I don't know what's up. I'm assuming its some health problem, from some of the posts.
Does this mean that you are canceling shows? The Salt Lake City show is coming up on Thursday and I can't find out if you will be there or not.
Can some one please post a transcript of the video or a text explanation of what's going on?
Some of use dont have all the bells and whistles and latest technology. Sorry.
Thanks!!

BE Aware Of The Troglodytes!!
Everyone needs a certain amount of down time. This time is required to regroup, refresh and heal.Yes this is easier said than done, but at some point you must take time for yorself.Remember The road to hell is always paved with good
intentions.Your heart has touched so many people and brought so much happiness
to us.Do not be selfish and take this away, look at the long rang goal not just today and take the time to properly heal. Your fans understand.
Their are some people who are pure of heart, but when you excel at your occupation and are always raising the bar They believe you are immune to all of life's problems, not realizing you put your pants on like everyone else.Well some of us have to lie on the bed to put our pants on.Buts its the excitement of your accomplishments that defines their logic
Then their are the Troglodytes. You try to reason with them but they have no cognitive ability. You try to make them happy, but they cannot be pleased. You are
just kindling to them. They will burn you up then move to the next kindling. So
we either have the arduous task of trying to change them or (which will most likely
drain the life out of you) Or just write them off as they bring nothing to the table
anyway.
I'm glade you are laughing about this. You only have 2 choices cry or laugh. I have
always said laughter is the cleansing agent for the soul so mine must be squeaky clean. The eyes are the windows to the soul.In the video your eyes show deep sadness and guilt.Your fans love and will always be steadfast by your side.
So next time this happens and it will,i'm also cursed with this affiction of worrying about everyone else except myself. Take The High Road and Blame It On Kristian.
Did you see the look on his face when you guys did the Love Shack? I'm sure Clint
Eastwood would not mess with him, So you know the Trogloytes would be running
for their lives.
Get Well Soon. Life Is A Song. Sing It.

Kinda sucks!
I understand your voice having to rest, but I have four tickets, unused with a $500 face value! My wife really wanted to see you perform as this was going to be our first concert. Now I hear that you guys have pulled out of a dozen or so this year. Well, in your video apology, you stated you would rather sing live than be hooked up to a vox box or some kind. Well, maybe your fans would not have been so let down.
Also, if you lost your voice in the studio, how did you perform in Fresno? And if you recorded in the studio after Fresno, then that would be the reason your voice went out.
Don't take this as an unsympathetic fan, just a guy who dropped 5 bills only to not use them. No refund, no promise of a make up date, nothing!!
It just plain sucks.
That being said, we all wish you a speedy recovery, and keep up the great music!
~T.J.

Sorry you had to cancel. We were VERY let down though that you were not able to perform. We had field level, 5th row tickets, not to mention childcare, travel and hotel expenses. Yeah, there was still a show to see and it was good, but a hand written poster???? Maybe next time (this was not the first time for flaking in the S.F. Bay Area) you could at least get some free promo. items to your fans.

get well soon!
Aww, jen i hope you get well soon!(: cancaling shows is totally understandable! we all just want you to get well(: love you lots!
Above all else, Jennifer, please take all the time you need to heal and allow your voice to get back to full strength...momentary disappointment about a cancelled or postponed show is minor in this situation...be strong and feel all the good wishes being sent your way.
Second, thank you for the video...getting the truth about the situation straight from Jennifer and Kristian brings the reality to the situation...and it is apparent that no one is more upset or feels the hurt and pain more than the two magnificent souls in the video. Taking the time to make this video and the willingness to be honest and vulnerable is truly appreciated.
God bless...looking forward to me next concert, whether this week or next year...take good care =_

Awww Jenn, that does suck!! I hope you get better soon and I hope you guys are still going to play in Bend. Awww I feel so bad for you!! :'( :'( I love youuu!
Your biggest fan,
<3 Maria <3
I hope you get better....please dont schedule shows until you get better. I know you are supposed to be at Bloomsburg Fair in PA Oct 1st, last yr: cancelled.
At State College in May: cancelled.
I would rather see you guys go off the road until Jennifer is better and can meet commitments. It would be more fair to the fans and to the other performers.
Remember: a lot of us are buying tickets to see Sugarland, not some of the other big names and we drive hours, pay big $$ for tickets only to see CANCELLED.
THANKS tho for addressing the issue and letting your fans know you have a real reason for the cancellations. And take care, be well!

Thanks - and a suggestion...
Thanks for the explanation! Opera Singers, Broadway singers, etc. all have to be very careful with their 'instruments'. Take care of yours - it is one of the main reasons for your popularity (sorry Kristian! :-). Pushing it before two huge high profile shows was unfortunate.
A suggestion to help soothe the wounds in San Francisco. Come play at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass in October for Free...

Steve Earle will be there...

get better!!
so lucky that i got the chance to see them on the 15th before all of jenn's health went down hill!! i can tell that no matter what the doctor says jenn will be back before advised cuz thats just how much she cares for all of us fans so i think its best not to be bitter cuz jenn has a way of making up for it!! i truely hope u get better Jenn just for the sake of ur health, it'll pay off to take too much time rather too little of time in the long run girl so don't feel guilty, and like so many of ur "fans", be a little selfish sometimes especially when u need it the most!! LOVE YA FOREVER JENN!! <3 GABBY WILLIAMS
I feel so blessed that I got to see you guys in Raleigh (I'm not rubbing it in to those who weren't so lucky!) I think true fans will be understanding of the situation and just pray for your well being and recovery. It makes me angry to see people upset when your gift to all of us fans is in jeopardy. All of the Sugarland fans I know here in the Raleigh area wish you the best and hope to be hearing from y'all again soon!

BUMMED OUT LAST NIGHT!!!
Last night was extremely disappointing! The little 8.5/11 note on the front door of the Staples Center just wasn't good enough! No mention by Lady Antebellum or Keith Urban. Had I missed the teeny little sign, I'd have sat there all night wondering what happened.
Jen - we love you man! You rock and I am a huge fan. I saw you about 5 years ago in blazing heat at a little street fair and fell in love with Sugarland! You have a hard schedule and your amazing vocals are why we love you.
That said....please work out a schedule you can handle. If you need more vocal rest in between big shows...by all means, take it. The cancelling is too hard to take. These concerts are huge events for some of us. We work and save and anticipate and get babysitters and drive....Help us out! We want you to get well. Take off all the time you need - cancel the rest of the year if you must but please figure out a schedule you can keep!

Disappointed in LA
Jennifer, truly sorry to hear about your health woes. However, like so many others, I purchased tickets to the July 19 show in L.A. simply because you were opening. Keith Urban is alright but I would not have spent over $300 to see him if you were not on the bill. I purchased these tickets for my mom's 80th birthday and she was sooo disappointed that you did not appear. Unlike some others, I did not see the sign posted on the door of the Staples Center and originally thought Lady Antebellum was another act that had been added. The video monitors in the Staples Center posted messages from fans before the show and it would have been nice to have been informed via that media that you were unable to perform. Your not being there was like ordering one entree, setting your tastebuds for that entree but receiving something totally different. A huge disappointment but I do pray for good health for you and Kristin.

missed out AGAIN
Alright Sugarland! So, I am a huge fan, but have to point out that this is, in fact, the second time you have missed a concert in the bay area. Two years ago you cancelled in a prior show with Kenny Chesney at Sleep Train....now this year again at AT&T...and though the show went on and was fabulous, people, well, I payed a lot of money both times to see YOU as well. Glad all is well.
Dissapointed Fan.

LA SHOW
I was so sad to hear that you guys weren't making it out. I love you and hope the best for you. The energy of the show was completely lost when fans realized you weren't going to be there. As Lady A played I took a shot in your honor :) or maybe I needed it to get through their set. They are no comparison! I hope you make it back out to LA again... healthy though. I will just have to keep re-watching your soundstage concert until I get the opportunity to see you guys live.
Jennifer, I understand your health comes first; that being said 2 years ago I planned my vacation from Sacramento, CA to Bend, OR to see you guys perform. After a 14 hour train ride I got the news the concert was canceled. Then I went to the San Francisco show on 7/18/09 after looking forward to seeing Sugarland perform for months. When I got to the gate and saw the notice that it was canceled I had a hard time accepting I could be that unlucky for a second time. I had seen Kenny the year before so the only reason I invested on making it possible to go to the Sun Carnival tour in SF was to see you two. I have been a huge fan from the beginning of Sugarland and looking at your tour schedule it looks like another year at least will go by before I have the opportuninty to see you live. This may sound dramatic but it really saddens me.

Disappointed in San Francisco
Drove from the Bay Area and were lucky enough to see you perform in Fresno on July 17. Loved the show, but, thought it odd you did not sing "Stay". Some fans who have seen you more than me(once in Fresno) said that your voice was definitely struggling. My hope was that you would be rested for your performance
with Kenney Chesney at ATT Park.
Got back into the Bay Area Saturday in time to shower and head to ATT Park for your performance. I knew that when the vendors were not selling Sugarland T shirts.....something was up. But, the signs and information regarding your cancellation was minimal.
My extreme disappointment now turns to extreme hope that you get yourself better and come back to the Bay Area. Want to hear that beautiful voice with
all its glory. But, honestly will be tough to purchase another ticket...since so many
Northern California performances have been cancelled.
My mother passeded away late March....and she love you both! She was a fan
before I was.
Take care.

amazing
after viewing some of the negative comments, right now I am ashamed to be a country music fan if this is how we act! While I understand the disappointment, it was called 'life' the last time I checked! Most promoters will give a refund if the artist cancels AND YOU DON"T USE THE TICKET. To bash these guys because Jennifer has an issue that if she doesn't take care of it could result in her not being able to do the thing she is amazing at would cheat the WORLD so your case is drivel in my opinion. Jennifer- if you see this know that the ones of us with brain cells are praying for you and want nothing more that your recovery. Your beautiful and unique singing voice coming back is just cool icing on the cake. Rest up and come back at it when you are able and not a moment before. Take Care of YOU.
Your 'real' fans will be there and the rest of them can go to hell.

LA show
Like many of the other fans, we were extremely disappointed that you were unable to do the LA show. We also bought expensive floor seats specifically to see Sugarland. Keith Urban was good, bought we would not have ventured as far as Staples Center to see him. The video message was a nice explanation as to why the show was cancelled, and I wish you the best for a quick recovery. I don't understand how there was enough time to schedule Lady Antebellum, but not enough time to post a message on your website, or send an email out before show time.... that would have gone a long way with a lot of your fans.
You have not burned any bridges with us. We will probably buy the best seats that I can get my hands on when you come back to Los Angeles.
p.s. Santa Barbara Bowl would be really cool.

Jennifer, I'm So Sorry!
Jennifer, I feel so sorry for you. You are having such a hard time. Please take care of your voice...even if you have to cancel shows for the rest of the year...your true fans will understand and love you no matter what!!! You've got to take care of your voice and if that means taking a few months off..then by all means do it girl!!! Please take care of yourself...we love you!! Terri
Posted by terriplant on 7/20/2009 5:32 PM (GMT-08:00)
disappointed
How can you perform on Friday night in Fresno and then claim you lost your voice in the studio when you cancel a show the next night in SF.
People paid big bucks to see the Chesney show because you were on the bill. Without you those tickets would not have been that expensive, you cheated people out of money....again. You have done this before to the Bay Area.
you have canceled over 12 shows in 2009 alone. And it's only July.
you have lost at least one fan who will never spend a single dime on your music again.
Posted by RickJones on 7/20/2009 4:28 PM (GMT-08:00)
Eeekkk!
Well, I am so sorry to hear of your continued health woes. But, you have just about 3 weeks to rest up for Country Fest with Kenny Chesney in MA on August 15. There are hundreds of thousands of fans up here in New England that have not had the best of luck with Sugarland shows. Rest up and hope to see you rock it out in a few weeks!!
sorry to hear you're not going to be out. take your time, don't rush back. i have tickets to the eastern states expo in massachusetts in october, so get totally better before then!!
Jennifer I hope you get well soon. Sorry some of these fans are acting so foolish and complaining when your vocal cords are damaged. Just make sure your better before you come back.
Looking forward to seeing another one of your concerts. Saw you in LA once it was great.
Will be praying for your complete and rapid recovery.

I am trying to be understanding, but...
2nd time since April this happened. Last time in Dallas, where is was a private party, you cancelled, but then sang beautifully at the oscars (I think it was that award show, could have been another) within a few days. Now last night in LA, I was very excited because I had missed you in Dallas, and the same happens again. I am trying to be understanding. You mentioned that it is just like a muscle, and I am an athlete, so I am trying to understand from that standpoint, but I am still dispointed. How am I expected to every buy tickets again for your concert if you are unreliable?

Cancelled show
I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. BUT, really....canceling 3 concerts in Sac and San Francisco??? The main reason to go to these concerts has been to see you!! How disappointing...especially since I'm NOT a rich person and dished out LOTS of money..ticket prices, gas, parking!!! Fans did not know you weren't going to be there until after we were already in the venue and the concert had started. Umm...how about a refund of some sort????? 3 times is a bit much for concert fans!! VERY disappointing!!! Makes me consider being a fan.

Really BUMMED
Sorry to hear about your voice problems. I have been waiting for 2 years to see you live and I watch all of your appearances (Chelsea Lately was one of my favorites). This weekend I went to the Kenny Chesney concert to see you and found out you had to cancel. It was pretty disappointing but I went anyway..... Please come back to NorCal for another show!! I've been waiting for ever and I don't have the money to go see you in Vegas this weekend becuase I'm gettin married in 3 weeks.
FEEL BETTER & COME BACK SOON!! You've got a lot of fans in NORTHERN CALI!!

SF Concert
My husband and I were both so disappointed to learn that you would not be performing at the July 18th show in SF. Kenny is great, but the only reason we decided to attend the concert was to see you!
It would have been nice if they had played your message video at the concert, it would have been much more personal than the small sign posted on the fence outside the front gate! Bummer.
Hope you are feeling better soon and consider Sacramento for a tour in the near future!
We still love you, but major disappointment!

Sugarland no shows again!!!!
Sorry to hear about Jennifer's voice, but how fishy this has happened three times in Northern Ca. 2 times in San Francisco and Marysville Ca.
In this economy it is harder to open our wallets to pay for entertainment and this was the third strike for Sugarland with my family. After you factor in the cost of the tickets, travel, Hotel. Okay (Marysville is only 10 miles away) But we are very hesitant to buy tickets to see the again and pay all the additional fees and time off
to be disappointed again. I am sorry to hear of her health issues. Alot of people at the San Francisco arena were also voicing the same thing. Somehow they need to make good and redeem themselves with the ticket holders they have already burned before selling any new ones.

Don't know what to say
Gah, that was heartbreaking. Jen, bless your heart, sweetie, for being able to keep a sense of humor about all of this. I don't know if I coud do the same, especially if I had your job. You are a very strong girl. The fans know how hard this is on BOTH you and Kristian, and you know we're praying for you. You were the first thing on my mind this morning when I woke up, and I will keep praying for you until you recover. Hang in there, both of you, and soon enough, you'll be back out on the road "rocking our face off". :) I don't know how this video could make me love you guys even more, but it did. Feel better soon girl! Kris, be a good "big bro" and take care of her. :)
Jennifer and Kristian,
Thank you for that wonderful video! Jennifer, my heart goes out to you. I can feel your disappointment and my prayers go out to you for a speedy recovery. I can't wait to see you guys again so you can rock my face off! Get well soon, Jennifer!

I saw you guys play at Fresno on July 17th and you were amazing. We couldn't tell that you were having any voice problems, but your set seemed to be shorter than what we expected/hoped for. Feel better, and don't cancel anymore shows in No. California!!!!! People won't put up with it much longer.

LA Show
Not knowing ahead of time, six little words brought tears to my eyes: "Keith Urban has chosen Lady Antebellum" was posted on the doors at the entrances to Staples Center - I was heart broken last night. I am glad that you are okay and I greatly appreciate the video to the fans. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE reschedule an LA area show soon! We purchased tickets to KU just to see you (since your tour isn't coming to LA).......... if there is anyway that you can add on one more show or re-work something, I know that you would make thousands of fans estatic. (PS - almost everyone I heard talking at last night's concert said that they had come just to see you both!)
Thanks,
Jennifer

I Agree with Rick Jones and Merland!
Same thing has happened to me, two times I've bought tix to Sugarland, two times you've cancelled without any notice. I'm just sick about the time and money I've spent to see Sugarland, with no results. I love your music, but I've been burned too many times to consider buying tickets again.
My main question is this: If I get an email reminding me of the performance, "with Sugarland" the day before the concert...why isn't it possible to have the courtesy to include cancellations via email? My limited time for R&R, combined with the money I've wasted on transportation, hotel, etc. is too precious to me. I spoke with some people in the stands me who actually flew in to see Sugarland; these poor girls were crying. I think there should be a way for people to get their hard-earned money back...beyond the price of the tickets. It's just not right.

Puhlease!
Jennifer I am so sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, it breaks my heart, your voice has gotten me through some tough, tough times. In fact, It Happens, changed my life. Something in your words made me realize that I needed to buck up and make the changes I needed to in my life. Thankfully I think I am on my to making the right positive changes! That being said. . . Puhlease say you will be performing this weekend in Glendale! You are the only reason I bought my tickets and was overjoyed when I realized you were coming here. You did, afterall forget us on your Love on the Inside tour, I would be HEARTBROKEN if you didn't come. In fact, I probably would just skip it altogether! I will pray everyday that you get better and can make it to Glendale . . . to ROCK OUR FACES OFF!
Lots of Love and Prayers

Okay now I know...
As I completely understand that these things happen and I hope that you get well, this is twice I have specifically bought tickets to see you guys in concert and both times you were unable to perform. I was very sad that I could not see you guys at AT&T Park...maybe one year I will be able to.

Rest!
We love you Jennifer, don't break your voice. I would honestly cry. Just rest! A lot! :) You guys obviously care about your fans, and this is why we love you. Jenn, God Bless you for keeping your sense of humor through all of this. It makes me sad just watching this video, so it must be hard for you to go through it. I don't know how you make jokes. Haha, another thing to add to your resume. :D You in the next Transformer=a movie I would go see. :) But the robot voice doesn't sound so good. I like yours the way it is! You're in my thoughts and prayers! Keep resting! No talking. :)
well, it stinks!
you performed Friday night in Fresno, then cancel Saturday night in SF. that smells fishy. you didnt lose your voice in the studio in between those dates!
and you are now 2 for 2 in canceling Bay Area dates in the past 2 yrs. Why should anyone spend $$ on tickets when you cancel?
the SF concert had high ticket prices, $225 and $125, because you were on the ticket with Chesney, Lambert and Antebellum. When you cancel fans feel ripped off.
maybe you need to re-think your touring schedule and you wont have to leave fans cheated out of $ they spent to see you. This has happened over and over. A simple Google search shows you have canceled close to a dozen shows THIS YEAR alone!
Posted by RickJones on 7/20/2009 11:21 AM (GMT-08:00)

No Show at the SF show
My sister and I were very disappointed to find out that you had canceled the SF show on Saturday night. We drove 2.5 hours to come just to see you and did not find out until we got to the gate. This is the second time in a row that this has happened to us and hope that you will come to Sleep Train Amphitheater in Marysville sometime soon. That way if it is canceled we will only have a 10 minute drive home. We hope that you voice heals soon and you will be able to continue touring and maybe add a date in the area so we can see you.

Bummer
Seriously bummed about you guys not coming out last night. I understand that you need to get better but I am so disappointed. The only reason that I went to see KU (for the third time) was because you guys were opening the show. Your music helped me get through a rough time and I just enjoy your energy so much. Imagine my disappointment when Lady A came out instead. I can't believe I paid $75 for my ticket and didn't even get to see you. Who knows if next time I will be able to afford a ticket. The personalized message was nice, but it's too bad you guys can't offer a free or discounted show for those of us who were truly disappointed not to see you.

LA Concert
Like the other folks we were VERY DISAPPOINTED that you were not able to be there. We also spent a lot of money and it wasn't to see Keith Urban it was to see you!! It just didn't have the same energy with LA there instead. Pretty much a bummer concert compared to what it would have been......I asked Ticketmaster for a refund when I found out but never heard from them.....
Hope you feel better!
Thank you, Sugarland, for the nice video message. Get better soon Jennifer! We've caught your show a couple of times and are HUGE fans. We considered the LA show to be a double bill with Keith Urban, not "Sugarland is the opener" so you were half of the reason we spent a lot of dough! Snaps to Lady Antebellum for stepping in, but we want SUGARLAND!! We hope you'll have a special show or an advanced opportunity for tickets for those of us who wanted to see you last night and were very disappointed. Get better and be healthy!! See you soon.

Get Better
We luckily got to see you in Denver and the show was amazing, Keith Urban was nice but you were the reason we came to the show! I hope you get better soon, so that we can see another show. Please don't break your voice I might have to cry. I am sure though if you got a robot voice you would make an amazing new Optimus Prime! Kristian and Jennifer I would love to have my faced rocked off again, you both are fantastic, rest up and get well soon!

SF Show
We were so sad since you were THE reason we were paying a babysitter and driving 4 hours just to see you.
Please, Please come back to the SF bay area when you are better.

Cancelled concert

Your biggest east coast fan, Christine
buffalo bills concert stateline nevada
Get well Jennifer!
I've only "known" you guys two days and you've become like family...God bless and get well soon, I want you to come to Dallas!
SUPPORTING JENNIFER & KRISTIAN 100%
WOW. really? im usually not one to start commenting on these pages, but after reading some of the responses left by these "fans," i couldnt just sit back here without saying something. to the 'complainers': you don't need to tell us about how hard it is to dish out $ in this world today, trust me, everyone knows, including Jennifer & Kristian, who obviously have taken this into consideration and for this reason feel even worse about having to cancel shows.
Unselfish
I LOVE SUGARLAND FOREVER !!!!
to those who call themselves former fans
I think it may be best said as "It happens" Get well soon, so we can enjoy even more SUGARLAND.
missed you AGAIN in San Fran!
all that needs to be said :(
Jennifer and Kristian
To all of you out there that are acting like children, when someone is ill, SH - IT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Former Fan
Get Better Soon!!!
Take Care
Get well SOON!
Take care of that INCREDIBLE voice! I still dream of getting to sing with you someday :-) Hope to see you in Maine next month! The only way I can see the show is to volunteer as one of the ushers, but I'll be there any way I can! Rob Bibber Trapper Creek Band Vassalboro, Maine
Love ya
Hey Jennifer & Kristian, Love yall to death. Hope you are feeling better real soon. You have an amazing voice, so take care of you !!!!! Do what you need to do, I would not want to see you permantely hurt or even worse lose your voice. Take the time you need, all your true fans will be here for you . You are always giving now give some time to you !!! Yall are truely a great team, and I have as much fun watching you as listening to you . God bless and take care love yall
But I know for a fact, based upon my own and all the other accounts posted here, that a minimum, each person spent at least $300.00 ( ticket price, travel arrangements, babysitters etc.etc.etc.) per person. And mean while, back at the ranch, the PR people are counting their new found money, for which they did a crappy job!!! Fire the PR people, pass it on!
Worried
Sorry to hear of your strain. I have four tickets to your Bend Oregon show July 30 that I got over a month ago. Is there any way you can predict what venues you might be missing. Thank You in advance; Devoted fan; Jimbo52
Fire your PR Director
Sugarland is a huge Country Music Artist(s) with a huge following across the United States and the World for that matter. So how is it, that with all the money that Kristian and Jennifer have to pay for their public relations people, that the best the PR people can do is a piece of paper on the fence??? My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary by going to see Sugarland @ AT&T park in San Francisco. We did not see the paper on the fence, and had to read about the cancellation the next day. We're totally understanding as to Jennifer's condition. We wouldn't want her to do anything to jeopardize her voice. But come on PR people, take some pride in your job, Sugarland is a Country MEGA Super Star Band. Let the people who put them there, know what's going on when they arrive to a LIVE show, and no mention as to where or what has happened to them.
Hey guys, Uhmm, I keep hearing about this "message" from you guys, but the only computer access I have is at work and it is blocking your video message.
This time is required to regroup, refresh and heal.Yes this is easier said than done, but at some point you must take time for yorself.Remember The road to hell is always paved with good intentions.Your heart has touched so many people and brought so much happiness to us.Do not be selfish and take this away, look at the long rang goal not just today and take the time to properly heal. Your fans understand. Their are some people who are pure of heart, but when you excel at your occupation and are always raising the bar They believe you are immune to all of life's problems, not realizing you put your pants on like everyone else.Well some of us have to lie on the bed to put our pants on.Buts its the excitement of your accomplishments that defines their logic Then their are the Troglodytes. You try to reason with them but they have no cognitive ability. You try to make them happy, but they cannot be pleased. You are just kindling to them. They will burn you up then move to the next kindling. So we either have the arduous task of trying to change them or (which will most likely drain the life out of you) Or just write them off as they bring nothing to the table anyway. I'm glade you are laughing about this. You only have 2 choices cry or laugh. I have always said laughter is the cleansing agent for the soul so mine must be squeaky clean. I'm sure Clint Eastwood would not mess with him, So you know the Trogloytes would be running for their lives.
Jennifers throat
Hope you get better soon. Take all the time you have to. Ive had throat problems before to really gets on your nerves. But you get better so we can hear some great sugarland music soon. We love yall here in Georgia looking forward to seeing yall soon!!!!!
July 18 at AT&T
Sorry you had to cancel. We were VERY let down though that you were not able to perform. We had field level, 5th row tickets, not to mention childcare, travel and hotel expenses. Yeah, there was still a show to see and it was good, but a hand written poster???? Maybe next time (this was not the first time for flaking in the S.F. Bay Area) you could at least get some free promo. items to your fans.
get well soon!
Aww, jen i hope you get well soon!(: cancaling shows is totally understandable! we all just want you to get well(: love you lots!
Heal well, and thank you
Above all else, Jennifer, please take all the time you need to heal and allow your voice to get back to full strength...momentary disappointment about a cancelled or postponed show is minor in this situation...be strong and feel all the good wishes being sent your way.
:'(
Awww Jenn, that does suck!! I hope you get better soon and I hope you guys are still going to play in Bend. Awww I feel so bad for you!! :'( :'( I love youuu! Your biggest fan, <3 Maria <3
cancellations
I love you Jennifer!!!!
Hey jenn, I'm glad to hear from you guys...Please get well soon cause I don't like seeing you sad :( I love you both and hope to see another show soon :) God Bless xoxoxoxo ~Ashley
Come play at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass in October for Free... http://www.strictlybluegrass.com/ Steve Earle will be there...
get better!!
so lucky that i got the chance to see them on the 15th before all of jenn's health went down hill!! i can tell that no matter what the doctor says jenn will be back before advised cuz thats just how much she cares for all of us fans so i think its best not to be bitter cuz jenn has a way of making up for it!! i truely hope u get better Jenn just for the sake of ur health, it'll pay off to take too much time rather too little of time in the long run girl so don't feel guilty, and like so many of ur "fans", be a little selfish sometimes especially when u need it the most!! LOVE YA FOREVER JENN!! <3 GABBY WILLIAMS
Take good care of yourself
Twice Disappointed
Brenda
My hope was that you would be rested for your performance with Kenney Chesney at ATT Park. Want to hear that beautiful voice with all its glory. But, honestly will be tough to purchase another ticket...since so many Northern California performances have been cancelled. My mother passeded away late March....and she love you both! She was a fan before I was. Take care.
<3<3<3
while watching this video, my heart breaks for you Jennifer. I hope that everything works itself out and that you get better soon! Don't worry about all the negative comments. Everyone still loves you, no matter what. lxoxo Emily
amazing
after viewing some of the negative comments, right now I am ashamed to be a country music fan if this is how we act!
Terri
disappointed
How can you perform on Friday night in Fresno and then claim you lost your voice in the studio when you cancel a show the next night in SF. People paid big bucks to see the Chesney show because you were on the bill. Without you those tickets would not have been that expensive, you cheated people out of money....again. You have done this before to the Bay Area. you have canceled over 12 shows in 2009 alone. And it's only July. you have lost at least one fan who will never spend a single dime on your music again.
Eeekkk!
Well, I am so sorry to hear of your continued health woes. But, you have just about 3 weeks to rest up for Country Fest with Kenny Chesney in MA on August 15. There are hundreds of thousands of fans up here in New England that have not had the best of luck with Sugarland shows. Rest up and hope to see you rock it out in a few weeks!!
get well soon!!
sorry to hear you're not going to be out. take your time, don't rush back. i have tickets to the eastern states expo in massachusetts in october, so get totally better before then!!
Touring with KU
I haven't heard or read anywhere how long you anticipate being out. Any idea of the timeframe for when we can enjoy your wonderful voice again?
Get well
Jennifer I hope you get well soon.
Okay (Marysville is only 10 miles away) But we are very hesitant to buy tickets to see the again and pay all the additional fees and time off to be disappointed again.
Jennifer get well soon!
Jennifer and Kristian, Thank you for that wonderful video! Jennifer, my heart goes out to you. I can feel your disappointment and my prayers go out to you for a speedy recovery. I can't wait to see you guys again so you can rock my face off! Get well soon, Jennifer!
Hope you get better
I saw you guys play at Fresno on July 17th and you were amazing. We couldn't tell that you were having any voice problems, but your set seemed to be shorter than what we expected/hoped for. Feel better, and don't cancel anymore shows in No. California!!!!! People won't put up with it much longer.
Please come back and see us
Hi Guys, We were really bummed out that you had to pull out of the show in San Francisco. Please come back and see us soon, it has been three years since you made it to Northern California. MB & RJ
Hope you get better
Ahh, that's too bad, but we understand. Jennifer, hope you get better, and glad to see that you still have a sense of humor. Love ya both!
Hey guys!
I hope you get better soon Jennifer! Don't damaged those luvly vocal cords ,take a break on (my orders) lassie ! ps know a good recipe made from Scotch Whiskey that might help ! Get better soon !
LA Show
Not knowing ahead of time, six little words brought tears to my eyes: "Keith Urban has chosen Lady Antebellum" was posted on the doors at the entrances to Staples Center - I was heart broken last night. (PS - almost everyone I heard talking at last night's concert said that they had come just to see you both!) Thanks, Jennifer
Lots of Love and Prayers Andrea
Okay now I know...
As I completely understand that these things happen and I hope that you get well, this is twice I have specifically bought tickets to see you guys in concert and both times you were unable to perform. I was very sad that I could not see you guys at AT&T Park...maybe one year I will be able to. Get well!
No talking. :)
pissed off!
well, it stinks! you performed Friday night in Fresno, then cancel Saturday night in SF. that smells fishy. you didnt lose your voice in the studio in between those dates! and you are now 2 for 2 in canceling Bay Area dates in the past 2 yrs.
Wow
I am surprised!! I've never seen this kind of video for the fans, it means that you care...and i love it. <3 Get Better Jennifer.
AWE
JENN YOU LOOKED SO SAD I HATE WHEN MY IDOL DOESNT FEEL GOOD I HOPR YOU GET YOUR VOICE BACK I MISS IT AND I MISS YOU AND YES YOU STILL MAKE MY DAY GET LOTS OF REST AND DRINK TEA WITH HONEY IN IT TAKE SOME COUGH DROPS AND KRISITIAN TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER
Get better!!
We'd all rather have you out for a few shows that for you to break your voice!! Yall take it easy during this time and I can't wait to see you again so you can rock my face off all over again!! ~<3~ Krista
GET BETTER
We'd all rather have you out for a few shows that for you to break your voice!! Yall take it easy during this time and I can't wait to see you again so you can rock my face off all over again!! ~<3~ Krista
GET BETTER

Missing Half a Show in LA!
Missed You!
You are amazing, thanks for being honest with your fans. I can't wait to see you out on the road. Gives me chills just thinking about rockin out to "LOVE"!
