The Little Miss Project Live in Syracuse, NY: Thank you, fans.

Mon, Sep 5, 2011 at 2:15 PM

We were incredibly moved by the Little Miss Project Live the fans created during our show at the New York State Fair in Syracuse this weekend. Two schoolteachers named Julie and Amy organized the project, distributing over 6,000 signs of healing and remembrance for the crowd to raise during "Little Miss." We want to thank Julie and Amy -- and everyone who participated -- for reaching out with so much hope. Thank you, fans. You are loved.

I am sorry if anyone took offense to my venting about my obvious Sugarland obsession issue. It is MY problem I created, and now have to fix.

I DO NOT regret helping pull off the LMP Live in Syracuse, or anything else this past year. I just regret the way in which I handled it on my end.

I know I have already pissed people off, but we each have a voice and need to use it.

Sugarland is an important part of me - but I can't revolve my life around them and their music. I have to refocus myself and revolve my life around my future - my children, husband and marriage. Sure, will Sugarland's music still be a part of it - HELL YEAH - but I can't allow it to be the only part it.

If you look at the past events of this planet ,you realize we live on the surface of a planet where nothing is guaranteed. All the collective knowledge and wisdom of our greatest thinkers are no match for mother nature.

When these unfortunate accidents occur and we lose loved ones, Their are no (only Ifs) that can change the outcome.
There are no words to make it better. There are no words that can take the pain away. There are no words that can adequately express the grief, sadness and brokenness that comes with losing a loved one.All one can do is give our support ,prayers and
and talk from the heart The body is just a vessel the spirt lives for ever through memories and happy times.
The only words i can think of which would come from the heart are from Sugarland. I know the Troglodytes will jump all over this but they also are probably afraid of falling off the end of the earth

When your faith is stretched so thin
That you can see right through your soul
    Fall into me
    My arms are opened wide
And you don't have to say a word
    Cuz I already see
    That it's hard
    And you're scared
    And you're tired
    And it hurts
And I wanna be the one you reach for first

How long you grieve or how deeply you hurt does not reflect how much you loved.Allowing yourself to live life doesn't mean that you love anyone less of you've forgotten your loved one.Your love ones above all would want you to live life.

Music has the power to cleanse the soul.It does what no religion or politics has been able to,its brings people together and unites them.

So Jennifer & Kristian do your thing! Touch hearts and bring joy & happiness to us all

  1. The latest episode of the 'In Your Hands Rewind' series is here, and of course we saved the machine for last. Watch Sugarland perform a LIVE version of 'Incredible Machine' from our 2012 "In Your Hands" tour.

Buy the complete album of 'Incredible Machine' here.

  2. Take another look into the 2012 "In Your Hands" Tour with our very own Kristian Bush. In this video Kristian performs a special rendition of Bruce Springsteen's 'Atlantic City' by putting his own Sugarland spin on the classic song.

'Atlantic City' has been covered by great acts such as The Band, Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam, and Counting Crows. At the Sugarland shows, this one is always a crowd favorite, always a highlight of the night and simultaneously one of Kristian's most beloved moments on stage each and every show. Watch the video below and find out why!

  3. It's a new year and a new day! With everything changing, the only place to go is onwards and upwards. In Kristian's words below he resolves to "dream bigger."

Find out what other plans are in store for Kristian in 2013 in his New Year's Resolutions after the jump!

  4. The Holidays really are Jennifer & Kristian's favorite time of the year, and we want to share their well wishes with you in the video below!

Here's to hoping we all were on Santa's nice list, and that the year 2013 is filled with more joy, love and laughter than the ones before. Happy Holidays!

  5. Last week we brought you one step closer to being onstage, and today we're taking you by the hand and showing you what it's like to be backstage before the show even begins.

Travel back in time with us to the 'In Your Hands' show in Atlanta, GA and watch as Jennifer, Kristian and ABC's Duets' John Glosson practice the fan favorite and one of the highest requested singles of the tour - 'Stay'.
